• Change engine oil and filter
• Inspect air cleaner and service as required
• Change primary oil and clean drain bung
• Check and adjust belt
• Adjust primary chain and clutch
• Change transmission oil and clean drain bung
• Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
• Check brake fluid levels and condition
• Inspect oil and brake lines for leaks
• Lubricate brake and clutch levers, all cables, throttle and side sand
• Check operation of choke and throttle
• Check fuel valves, lines and fittings for leaks
• Replace EFI fuel filter (40000km only)
• Check cruise control switches and components
• Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
• Check battery and clean connections
• Inspect spark plugs
• Check tire pressure, tread and wheel spokes
• Check air suspension
• Adjust and lubricate steering head bearings
• Lubricate all hinges, latches and fuel door
• Check ignition timing (if applicable)
• Check idle speed
• Road test

NOTE:

• 06up does not require primary and transmission oil after 1600km. Dot 4 Brake fluid needs changing every 2 years
• Any extra parts or labor required will be added onto the price of the service after liaison with customer

• Repack rear fork bearings (every 32000km if applicable)
• Repack wheel bearings (if applicable)
• Check stabilizer links, engine mounts and all fasteners
• Inspect windshield bushings
• Lubricate hinges, latches and fuel door
• Check ignition timing (if applicable)
• Check idle speed
• Road test

NOTE:

• 06up requires transmission oil to be changed every 32000km. Dot 4 Brake fluid needs changing every 2 years
