SERVICE SCHEDULE
4000KM,12000KM,20000KM,28000KM,36000KM,44000KM,52000KM,60000KM

Change engine oil and filter
Inspect air cleaner and service as required
Change primary oil and clean drain bung
Check and adjust belt
Adjust primary chain and clutch
Change transmission oil and clean drain bung
Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
Inspect oil and brake lines for leaks
Check operation of choke and throttle
Check fuel valves, lines and fittings for leaks
Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
Check battery and clean connections
Check tyre pressure and tread
Adjust and lubricate Springer steering head bearings
Road test

NOTE:

06up does not require primary and transmission oil to be changed. Dot 4 Brake fluid needs changing every 2 years
Any extra parts or labor required will be added onto the price of the service after liaison with customer

1600KM,8000KM,24000KM,40000KM,56000KM,

Change engine oil and filter
Inspect air cleaner and service as required
Change primary oil and clean drain bung
Check and adjust belt
Adjust primary chain and clutch
Change transmission oil and clean drain bung
Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
Check brake fluid levels and condition
Inspect oil and brake lines for leaks
Lubricate brake and clutch levers, all cables, throttle and side sand
Check operation of choke and throttle
Check fuel valves, lines and fittings for leaks
Replace EFI fuel filter (40000km only)
Check cruise control switches and components
Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
Check battery and clean connections
Inspect spark plugs
Check tire pressure, tread and wheel spokes
Check air suspension
Adjust and lubricate steering head bearings
Lubricate all hinges, latches and fuel door
Check ignition timing (if applicable)
Check idle speed
Road test

NOTE:

06up does not require primary and transmission oil after 1600km. Dot 4 Brake fluid needs changing every 2 years

Change primary oil and clean drain bung
Check and adjust belt
Adjust primary chain and clutch
Change transmission oil and clean drain bung
Inspect brake pads and discs for wear
Check brake fluid levels and condition
Inspect oil and brake lines for leaks
Lubricate brake and clutch levers, all cables, throttle and side sand
Check operation of choke and throttle
Check fuel valves, lines and fittings for leaks
Clean fuel valve filter
Check cruise control switches and components
Check operation of electrical equipment and switches
Check battery and clean connections
Change spark plugs
Check tire pressure, tread and wheel spokes
Check air suspension
Change fork oil (every 32000km)
Adjust and lubricate steering head bearings
Adjust Springer rocker bearings
Repack rear fork bearings (every 32000km if applicable)
Repack wheel bearings (if applicable)
Check stabilizer links, engine mounts and all fasteners
Inspect windshield bushings
Lubricate hinges, latches and fuel door
Check ignition timing (if applicable)
Check idle speed
Road test

NOTE:

06up requires transmission oil to be changed every 32000km. Dot 4 Brake fluid needs changing every 2 years
